The jury of the 4th international Contest “Stop censorship! Citizens for free countries” has announced the nominees of the Contest. Winners of the Contest will be named on September 15, during the final exhibition that will take place in Kyiv at Ukrainian crisis media-center and America House. A jury of experts decided to leave Multimedia category without nomination.
The members of experts jury were: Alim Aliyev, Co-founder of “Crimea SOS”, Media consultant; Mykola Goncharov, Designer; Alisa Lozhkina, Editor in chief of Art Ukraine magazine; Olga Padiryakova, editor of department UNIAN; Natalia Synepupova, head of School of visual communications. Natalie Sokolenko, Journalist at Hromadske radio; Anastasia Stanko, Journalist at Hromadske.tv;
A special jury consists of representative of anticorruption organizations and investigative journalists: Dmytro Gnap, Journalist, “Slidstvo.info” program; Oleksiy Khmara, Anticorruption expert; Tetyana Pecklun, Member of a Board of Anticorruption Action Center; Natalie Sedletska, Journalist, “Schemes” TV program, selected winners on the Contest special topic «Corruption is…». The results will be announced on September 15.

International contest “Stop censorship! Citizens for free countries” is an interdisciplinary project connecting activism to different types of creative practices. It’s main goal – open dialogue on socially important themes. The contest is annual and every year special topic is set up by organizers. In 2016 special topic is “Corruption is…”.
